While you can still hear their soft breath, အသက်ရှူသံတွေ ကြားနေရတုန်းမှာ

While you can still hear their soft breath,

Hold their hands a little tighter today.

Look into their eyes with all the warmth you have,

For they are still here, right by your side.

Listen patiently to your aging parents,

And cherish the stories they love to repeat.

Smile with them while you sit face to face,

While you can still find shelter in their loving arms.

To the partner beside you, the lover you hold dear,

Whisper "I love you" just a little bit more.

Forgive their flaws, leave your pride behind,

And hold them close... while time is on your side.

And those innocent little pets who wait for you,

Greeting your return with wagging tails and joy—

Stroke their heads, feed them, and hold them near,

For in their little hearts, you are their entire world.

When they are gone and buried in the cold ground,

Do not come with tears of heavy regret.

Do not embrace a silent, freezing tombstone,

Crying out words that can no longer be heard.

It is human nature to realize worth only at a funeral,

To regret only when the casket is closed.

But now... while they are alive and in your sight,

Give them your best, and cherish them with all your heart.

အသက်ရှူသံတွေ ကြားနေရတုန်းမှာ

လက်တစ်ဖက်ကို တင်းတင်းလေး ဆုပ်ကိုင်ထားလိုက်ပါ။

နွေးထွေးတဲ့ အကြည့်တွေနဲ့ ကြည့်ပေးလိုက်ပါ၊

သူတို့ အနားမှာ ရှိနေတုန်းပဲ ရှိသေးတာမို့။

အိုမင်းရင့်ရော်နေတဲ့ မိဘနှစ်ပါးရဲ့ စကားတွေကို

စိတ်မပျက်တမ်း နားထောင်ပေးလိုက်စမ်းပါ၊

မျက်နှာချင်းဆိုင်ထိုင်လို့ ပြုံးပြနိုင်တုန်း၊

ရင်ခွင်ထဲ ခိုလှုံခွင့် ရနေတုန်းမို့။

ဘေးနားက လက်တွဲဖော်၊ သင့်ရဲ့ချစ်သူကိုလည်း

"ချစ်တယ်" ဆိုတဲ့ စကား တစ်ခွန်း ပိုပြောပေးပါ၊

အမှားရှိရင် ခွင့်လွှတ်၊ မာနတွေကို ချန်ထားပြီး

ရင်ခွင်ချင်း အပ်နှံထားလိုက်ပါ... အခုအချိန်မှာ။

မင်းပြန်လာရင် အမြီးတုတ်တုတ်နဲ့ ကြိုတတ်တဲ့

အပြစ်ကင်းစင်တဲ့ အိမ်မွေးတိရိစ္ဆာန်လေးတွေကိုလည်း

ခေါင်းလေးပွတ်၊ အစာကျွေးပြီး ဖက်ထားပေးပါဦး၊

သူတို့ရဲ့ ကမ္ဘာငယ်လေးက မင်းတစ်ယောက်တည်းမို့။

မြေကြီးထဲ ရောက်သွားတဲ့အခါမှ

ယူကြုံးမရ မျက်ရည်တွေနဲ့ လာမလွမ်းပါနဲ့။

အုတ်ဂူအေးအေးကြီးကို သွားဖက်ပြီး

နောင်တစကားတွေ တစာစာ မပြောပါနဲ့တော့။

လူဆိုတာ သေတ္တာအမှောက်၊ လူအမှောက်ကျမှ

နှမြောတသဖြစ်ရတာ အဆန်းမဟုတ်ပေမယ့်၊

အခု... အသက်ရှိနေတုန်း၊ မြင်နေရတုန်းမှာပဲ

အတတ်နိုင်ဆုံး အကောင်းဆုံး တန်ဖိုးထားပေးလိုက်ပါ။
