The ocean roars, the waves run high, သမုဒ္ဒရာကြီးက ဟိန်းဟောက်လို့၊ လှိုင်းတံပိုးတွေ ထနေတယ်၊

The ocean roars, the waves run high,

Dark clouds obscure the distant sky,

The waters deep, the currents strong,

The journey wide, the night is long.

Yet in my chest, a fire burns,

As every crashing billow turns,

I will not sink, I will not tire,

Driven by an endless fire.

With every stroke against the sea,

I fight for what I’m meant to be,

Until the distant shore is found,

And feet are set on solid ground.

သမုဒ္ဒရာကြီးက ဟိန်းဟောက်လို့၊ လှိုင်းတံပိုးတွေ ထနေတယ်၊

ဝေးကွာလှတဲ့ ကောင်းကင်ပြာဟာလည်း တိမ်မည်းတွေ ဖုံးလို့ပေါ့၊

ရေပြင်က နက်ရှိုင်းပြီး ရေစီးကြောင်းတွေက သန်လှပေမယ့်၊

ခရီးလမ်းက ကျယ်ပြောလွန်းလို့ ညတာတွေ ရှည်လျားနေတယ်။

ဒါပေမဲ့လည်း... ငါ့ရဲ့ရင်ထဲမှာတော့ မီးတောက်တစ်ခု တောက်လောင်ဆဲ၊

တိုက်ခတ်လာသမျှ လှိုင်းလုံးကြီးတိုင်းကို ကြံ့ကြံ့ခံရင်း၊

ငါ လုံးဝ နစ်မြုပ်မသွားစေရဘူး၊ လက်မှိုင်ချ အားလျှော့မှာ မဟုတ်ဘူး၊

မကုန်ခမ်းနိုင်တဲ့ ဇွဲစိတ်ဓာတ်နဲ့ ရှေ့ဆက်တိုးနေမယ်။

ပင်လယ်ပြင်ကြီးကို ဆန့်ကျင်ပြီး လက်ပစ်ကူးလိုက်တဲ့ အကြိမ်တိုင်းမှာ၊

ငါဖြစ်ချင်တဲ့ ပန်းတိုင်အတွက် ငါအစွမ်းကုန် တိုက်ပွဲဝင်နေတာ၊

ဝေးကွာလှတဲ့ ကမ်းခြေကို မျက်စိနဲ့ မမြင်ရမချင်း၊

အဲဒီကုန်းမြေပေါ် ခြေချနိုင်တဲ့အထိ ဆက်ကူးနေဦးမှာပဲ။
